Hair Tips at home during Lockdown
1.Use natural coloring agents
Use natural coloring agents instead of chemical-based hair colors to hide white hair. Henna, henna and vegetable dye based hair colors are very safe for hair coloring. The fear of their side-effects is also very less. In addition, the anti-oxidants present in it also nourish the hair.
2.Stay hydrated
Follow the habit of drinking 8-10 glasses of water daily. Since now, you are spending most of the time at home. In such a situation, drinking sufficient amount of water to detox the body is beneficial. Drinking water also helps in skin and hair health and makes you feel less stressed.
3.Use sulfate free shampoo
Due to staying in the house, cleaning the hair 2 times a week will be sufficient. But, choose a sulfate-free shampoo for yourself. Most shampoos use sulfate. Sulfate (sulphates) reduces the natural moisture and oil of the hair. As a result, the dryness of the hair increases and the hair begins to break.
Therefore, apply sulfate-free shampoo to your hair. After shampoo, apply conditioner. This will not make hair fall apart and you will not need to chomp them again to make them soft or manageable.
By applying conditioner, the hair appears unburned, making it easier to comb. With this, the hairs are also less stuck in comb.
